Strategic Intervention

Leaders walk away from the bespoke intervention being able to articulate their leadership philosophy and a knowledge of what skills and capabilities are required to take their organisation from the current state to the desired future state. Design thinking with divergent thought allows leaders to scrutinise their strategy, with a focus on how to ensure strategy is effectively cascaded and executed throughout the organisation.

Culture & Climate Audit

Appreciative Inquiry is a solutions-based approach, which allows for individuals to share their issues, whilst simultaneously providing possible solutions. The process distills what is favourable and should be retained. Respondents identify quick wins, which can be vetted for implementation. This process has multiple applications.

Change Management

Be it a merger, acquisition or an organisational change providing a process for an ambiguous change is critical. Balancing academic rigour, organisational research and practical experience, we assist with the design, introduction, implementation and monitoring of change initiatives.

Project Management

Through the use of WillShift’s internal Project Office, we are able to offer a wide array of project management services, from implementation of strategic initiatives to management of migration to new software solutions. Project management services ensure seamless execution of projects, whilst helping upskill customers in project management processes to provide level of skills transfer.

Team Coaching

The purpose of the team coaching is for the team to come out with a distinct understanding of the respective team’s mandate, speaking specifically to intent, vision, purpose and the team’s impact on the rest of the organisation. Team members should walk away being able to articulate how they can contribute to building a high-performance team by design, and what skills and capabilities are required to achieve their mandate within their given context.

Executive Coaching

The purpose of Executive Coaching is to look at defining goals applicable to self, others and context. These goals are then held as a central theme for the individual’s development over one-on-one coaching sessions. Developmental goals are to be shared with the line manager of the said individual. All personal information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with the organisation. Each coaching session starts with a chemistry session, to ensure match and fit.

In essence, coaching involves the transference of skills and knowledge to the individual for the benefit of the organisation and to one’s own growth and personal development. Various modalities of coaching are used depending on the requirements of the coachee and the organisation. Coaching modalities and methods include behaviour coaching, goal orientated coaching, dynamic skills and knowledge
